At 40 years old, he's a self-taught serial investor, accomplished entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Born to Algerian immigrants, Noa's early life was shaped in the challenging environment of the ghetto suburbs of Lille, France. About Don't Quit Ventures.
Don’t Quit Ventures is the investment platform of Noa Khamallah, a school dropout turned homeless, then first hire at Lime in Europe at a $2.1B valuation, co founder of Charge, which later went public on Nasdaq at an approximately $1B market cap, and now Solo GP of DQV.
While much of venture capital chases the same founders in the same markets, Noa has spent the last decade building something far harder to replicate: trusted access across global, underexplored ecosystems and direct relationships with frontier AI talent. That network includes access to figures such as Yann LeCun, Sam Altman, and Mira Murati, though no formal partnership, advisory, or endorsement relationship is implied.
Before launching DQV, Noa’s angel portfolio generated 5.6x MOIC, 6.2x TVPI, and 3x DPI over roughly four years, net of fees and carry where applicable, to date. Across those investments, he backed companies alongside firms such as Sequoia, Founders Fund, and a16z, as co investors in certain portfolio companies, with no endorsement implied.
DQV Fund I is a $10M pre seed fund focused on AI and emerging markets. The strategy is simple: back exceptional founders early, before the rest of the market catches on. The fund will invest in 30 companies, writing initial checks of $50K to $100K, while reserving capital to double down on breakout performers and generate liquidity selectively over time.
Fund I already has exposure to investments that have generated approximately 1.5x on invested capital at the portfolio company level through a realized exit. In certain fund portfolio companies, follow on investors after DQV’s entry have included Lightspeed, Saudi Aramco, a16z, and Plug and Play.
