He co-founded GetCharged Inc (Charge) led the company in Europe and got acquired for 17.5M$ to become Charge Enterprises, a company today listed on Nasdaq Global Exchange. He then became Lime's first employee in Europe, orchestrating rapid scaling to over 50 cities in just 8 months. More recently, he launched Don't Quit Ventures, a pioneering fund aimed at accelerating progress in emerging markets by leveraging proven business models. To validate his vision, he began as an angel investor, backing over 15 startups.

Among his investments are noteworthy ventures like Cure, an online health marketplace where he serves as co-founder and board member, securing a substantial €15 million Serie A funding. Additionally, he supported Tiko, a prop-tech company that secured a remarkable $65 million Serie B funding round. Noa also championed 10club, an Indian Thrasio model startup, with an impressive $40 million Serie A round.
